 Shipping:

When we receive an Order we will do the Following steeps:

If you would like to proceed, we will start the order to our manufacturers. But, If not, we will cancel the process and Refund your credit. When Product(s) or Item(s) are in Stock, it will take 3 to 7 business days for delivery. When out of Stock, it may take 3 to 15 days depending on quantity and volume. Some of our products we don’t always carry in stock. The shipping Providers that we use are the following: DHL, USPS, UPS and FEDEX. The shipping methods for all product(s) will depends if product(s) are in stock or not. Some of Our Items are free Shipping. These Items are specified on our list. Before shipping our product(s) or item(s) to you, we will do a physical inspection and test of the device(s) for the warranty, and then we proceed to start the shipping process. NWS,INC. Doesn’t make any type of profit by using these shipping providers. When Items(s) has arrived, the customer should inspect the Item(s) upon arrival. If any Item(s) or product(s) arrived wet or physically (non-visible) damage please refuse package(s) and contact us as soon as possible, or you can receive package(s) but make sure you write on slip notice of package(s) damaged and let us know right away so we can proceed in contacting the carrier no longer than 2 days. If the Item(s) or product(s) are wet or physically damaged, please do not power-up it, it may cause hazards or fire damages. When you call or email us about the problem(s) please, be prepare to send or give us; Invoice number, details, arrived time, date and number of item(s) or product(s) that you had purchased from us. UPS and/or others, Does not ship to P.O. Shipping Cancellation:

Tracking:

Return & Refunds Terms:

We’re happy to satisfy you with our item(s) or product(s). If you’re not satisfied you are free to return what you already purchased, we will refund your money back but if there are physicals and/or internal damages also missing accessories, we will charge fees for repairs and restocking, please, see our rules that you should follow:

All Item(s) or product(s) should be return within 30 days starting from the purchased day. After the 30 days no refund will be issued. All returned item(s) or product(s) should have a valid Invoice and RMA number to order to be accepted. To receive a RMA number please send us a request, but you have to provide us with an Invoice number that was purchased. Request an RMA number at: All item(s) or product(s) should be returned in original conditions that you received it. Original manufacture box with all accessories provided, software and/or accessories the same conditions. All return should be by the original buyer with the same credit information.   1. Request a RMA number by calling or emailing us.
  2. Print here a RMA form.
  3. Fill out RMA form and ship it to us with the package, make sure that RMA form is inside the returned box.
  4. Return item(s) or product(s) by regular mail only (Ground), you can also insure item(s) or Product(s) we’re not responsible for lost or damages of item(s).

When we receive a returned item(s), we will check for any damages or defects so we can return it to the manufacturer to be repair or exchange for a new replacement. We will charge 10% to 25% for restocking and if any damages on device, the service department will evaluate the cost for repairing item(s) or product(s) and charged to your credit. (We’re not responsible for damages in transit, we highly recommend insuring the item (s) to avoiding arrived damaged to us, there will be charges). If item(s) or product(s) is defective we will exchange only the same type of device if Warranty or Terms & Conditions applies, if the device is out of production (Discontinued) by manufacturer during the time of warranty, we will provide another similar type, but keeping the same specifications of device purchase before. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) or product(s) that does not reach with our Return Policy Terms.

Limitation of Liability:

Nokicam. Shall not be liable for damages, special, consequential or otherwise, that follow from the use of, or the performance of the products sold. If the Item(s) or product(s) cause damage(s), then the manufacturer of the product becomes a party for Tort Liability. Applicable Law may include or exclude some limitations, so the question of consequential or special damage(s) may not be always excluded. In all circumstances the question of maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. Nokicam. Shall not be liable for third party damage(s) claims even the Nokicam. has been advised along possible damage(s) claims.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify NWS, INC. And its employees and other workers from and against losses, expenses, damages, resulting from any violations of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (wrongful legal conduct) by you or anyone accessing the website using your account.

Warranty:

Nokicam.com Warrants that the item(s) or product(s) sold will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period of the manufacturer warranty, some manufacturer provide 1 to 2 years warranty and will start from the day that item(s) or product(s) was purchased from us. On our website we will indicate the warranty period time on each item(s) or product(s). Buyers should notify the company by writing if any defective on device in the period of warranty time.

When a customer returns a defective device and there is no longer warranty covered for that device and/or broken of seal, we will send an estimate cost for repairs by contacting customer via email or by phone. Customer must give authorization for repairs with in 15 days of notification if not NOKICAM reserves the right to dispose of that device that is defective. Company’s warranty excludes the following:

  1. Broken seals, covers, housing, etc, on goods void all warranties.
  2. Damages from improper handling and installing by installers or others.
  3. Overload, overpower, wrong wiring and/or bad connection to device(s).
  4. Wrong polarity connections on Batteries when using power Supplies.
  5. Liquid spill on Devices Causing internal Damages to circuitry boards, etc.
